Jeremy Toeman

Jeremy Toeman (JT) is an expert in digital media and consumer technology. Over the past ten years he has designed, built, and marketed numerous award-winning products in the “convergence” space. His company, Stage Two Consulting, advises companies on both product design and deployment as well as non-traditional marketing (such as community-driven marketing) strategies.
Prior to founding Stage Two, Toeman guided Sling Media's user interface and interaction model design for the SlingPlayer PC software as well as the aware winning SlingPlayer Mobile software. After launch, he became Vice President of Sling Media Market Development, and was responsible for building grassroots/viral marketing program, and acted as a company spokesman at consumer, trade, and industry events.
In the 1990s Toeman founded Palmtastik, a Web portal designed to help early PalmPilot users get the most out of their devices, and co-founded Mediabolic, a software company that provides digital media networking technology to consumer electronics and computer manufacturers. While at Mediabolic, Jeremy contributed to the design of digital home devices for companies including Pioneer Electronics, HP, Fujitsu, and Denon.
Toeman holds a B.S. in Economics and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Adam Metz joined theMIX, Inc. as a partner in April 2008. He serves as the company's lead strategist, designing and executing client initiatives on the social web. Prior to that, he served as Director of Social Media Strategies at LaunchSquad, where he designed, engineered and executed the company's social and mobile media initiatives, including client projects that include blogs, podcasts, vodcasts and other applications such as wikis. Prior to joining LaunchSquad, he had his own social media consultancy, VIPER Education.
Adam is a teacher at heart and works with clients on how to tell their story in multiple content formats, and to make it so brands can engage in customizable, unique two-way communication with current and perspective users and customers. Previously, Adam counseled startup companies regarding their mobile media programs, spent three years managing a million-dollar tech sales portfolio for CDW, and taught high school English and Reading courses for four years.
Metz has also produced four albums, and is currently at work on a fifth, due out in 2008. He has a B.A. in News-Editorial Journalism from the University of Wisconsin and a single-subject English teaching credential from Notre Dame de Namur University. Metz has published articles on new media in the San Francisco Guardian and writes the social media blog Metzmash. He also plays guitar and sings for the Oakland-based band Reds.

Before iPolicy Networks, he was president, CEO , and founder of Tunnelnet, a company that designed networking products integrating load balancing with application-layer QoS. Before that he held various senior management and development positions at Intel. Prior to that he co-founded a company to deliver on-demand CD-quality music systems.
Zmingo mobilizes social media by blending communications and content consumption on mobile devices with intuitive social applications. The new social media applications on smart devices in enterprise are establishing the need for manageable group collaboration and communication. Zmingo extends its consumer mobile social infrastructure to deliver hierarchically managed secure collaboration..
Pankaj received his B.S. in Electronics & Communication from Gujarat University , India , and a Masters degree from Arizona State University . He has authored or co-authored a total of 15 patents in the fields of networking and security.
